User Generated Content (“UGC”) refers to the content that is added by users, such as buyers, vendors, dealers, individuals, and sellers, as opposed to the content created by the Site. Breezes Store website and mobile applications (IOS-Android) allow users to upload and create their own content. Please note that Breezes does not pre-screen or monitor user-uploaded or user-created content for appropriateness, copyright or trademark violations, or any other rights or violations. The user who uploads or creates such content is solely responsible for it and any consequences that may arise from its use, disclosure, storage, or transmission.
By uploading or creating content on the Breezes platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all the necessary rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power, and/or authority to use and/or upload such content. You further represent and warrant that the content or its use on the Site does not and will not infringe or violate any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, data protection, or publicity rights of any third party, violate any applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and conventions; and/or violate any policies and terms of service of yours or any third party. We encourage everyone to report any violations along with proof of ownership. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled.
Additionally, Breezes Store does not assume responsibility for the content, quality, or level of service provided by the sellers, even if they are Pro Sellers, Top Rated Sellers, or offer Promoted Services. We do not provide warranties regarding the services, their delivery, or any communications between buyers and sellers. We encourage users to utilize our rating system, and community feedback, and exercise common sense when selecting services.
When sellers offer a service on Breezes Store, they affirm that they have the necessary permissions, rights, and/or licenses to provide, sell, or resell the offered service. Sellers who advertise their services or products online must comply with the laws and terms and conditions of the advertising platform or relevant website used for advertising. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the service and possible suspension of the seller’s account.
For specific terms regarding intellectual property rights and reporting claims of copyright or trademark infringement, please refer to our Intellectual Property Claims Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Service. Please note that we may disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Objectionable Content: The use of our website must not involve the creation, uploading, posting, or transmission of any objectionable, harmful, or abusive content, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, discriminatory, infringing upon intellectual property rights, sexually explicit, or related to child abuse. We have zero tolerance for such content and will take strict action against any violations.
Filtering Mechanism: Breezes Store implements measures to moderate user-generated content in order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. While we make efforts to moderate content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of all user-generated content.
Reporting and Blocking: We provide mechanisms for users to report objectionable content or abusive behavior. If you come across any content that violates our terms, please promptly report it to us. Additionally, we offer features that allow users to block or report abusive users, giving you control over your interactions within our community.
Action on Reports: We take reports of objectionable content seriously. Upon receiving a report, we will review the content within 24 hours. If we determine that the reported content violates our terms, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and ejecting the user responsible for providing the offending material.
General Terms: Breezes reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to a breach of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, including low-quality services or deliveries, or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
Violation of Breezes’s Terms and Conditions and/or our Community Standards may get your account disabled permanently.
Users with disabled accounts will not be able to sell or buy on the Breezes Store website and mobile applications (IOS-Android).
Users who have violated our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account.
Users have the option to enable account Security features to protect their accounts from any unauthorized usage.
Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Customer Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account.

You understand and agree that if you use Breezes after the date on which the Terms and Conditions have changed, Breezes will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Reporting Violations: If you come across any content that may violate our Terms and Conditions and/or our Community Standards, you should report it to us through the appropriate channels created to handle those issues as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Violations: Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms and Conditions and/or our Community Standards or any user misconduct reported to our Trust and Safety team. A warning will be sent to the user’s email address and will be displayed for such a user on the Site. Warnings do not limit account activity but can lead to your account losing Seller statuses or becoming permanently disabled based on the severity of the violation.

Reviews: Reviews play a vital role in Breezes’s rating system, providing valuable feedback from Buyers. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our review system, and as such, reviews will only be removed if they clearly violate our Terms and Conditions and/or our Community Standards.
In order to prevent misuse of the review system, it is important that all reviews come from legitimate and eligible orders. Any attempts to manipulate Seller ratings through artificial means or abuse the Breezes platform by engaging in purchases from additional accounts will result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts.
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the removal of feedback reviews from Buyers through mutual cancellations. Once both the Seller and Buyer have completed their reviews, or the applicable review period has passed, all posted reviews will be made public.
Reviews are prominently displayed on a Seller’s account page and are also published on the respective product or service page, providing valuable public feedback. We encourage all users to engage in fair and honest reviewing practices to ensure transparency and trust within our community.
Disputes, Cancellations, and Refunds:
At Breezes, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment where Buyers and Sellers can resolve conflicts amicably. We encourage you to first attempt to settle any issues directly with the other party involved by utilizing our Resolution Center. However, if your efforts to resolve the matter are unsuccessful or if you come across any non-permitted usage on the Site, our dedicated Customer Support department is here to assist you. In line with our commitment to fair transactions, we have a refund policy in place for our packages offered on the Breezes website and apps. If you find yourself in a situation where you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day window to request a refund. We value the importance of fairness and will diligently assess each case on its merits to ensure a just resolution.

Professional classified ads on Breezes are for professional sellers who do not operate a registered company. Breezes reserves the right to decide whether an ad is a Professional ad.
The company classified ads on Breezes are for registered companies. Breezes reserves the right to decide whether an ad is a Company ad.
Advertise for real, and only for yourself: Ads listed for pure marketing purposes without offering any concrete goods, jobs, or services are not allowed. You should place your own ads and not place ads on behalf of someone else.
Ad title: Your ad title should briefly describe what is being advertised, and should not contain prices, salaries, promotional words, contact details, or unnecessary search words. Example of promotional words includes “promotion”, “best deal”, “best offer”, and “discount”.
Ad description: Your ad description should describe what is being advertised. It should not be copied from other advertisers (this is illegal under copyright laws). It should also not contain unnecessary search words, offensive remarks, or links to other auction/classifieds/marketplace sites. Unnecessary search words are words that do not directly refer to the item itself but rather refer to closely related items. For example, ads for Nike shoes should not contain the words “Adidas”, “Reebok”, or “Puma”.
Ad language: Only ads in English and Arabic are allowed.
Ad Category: You should place your ad in the category that best describes what is being advertised.
No multiple items in 1 ad, You should only advertise 1 unique item in each ad.
No duplicates: You should not place the same ad more than once. If you wish to advertise the same item again, please delete your previous ad before you insert a new ad for the same item. Posting the same ad using a different name or email is also not allowed.
Links: You can place links that are relevant to your ad in the ad text description. However, you cannot place links to another auction, classifieds, or marketplace site.
Images: You should add images that are relevant to your ad. Company logos should not be used as images except for the “Services”, “Jobs” and “Businesses for Sale” categories.
An image is not suitable if it: Was taken by another advertiser, and is being reused without their consent (this is illegal under copyright laws)
Contains contact details (phone, email, links, Facebook, or any other personal info)
Contains images of children
Contains promotional words
Contains an advertiser’s own watermark of contact details and price
Contains a watermark of a company logo placed in the center or any of the four corners of the image; or covering more than 30% of the image
Is a collage, i.e. includes multiple images edited into the same image
Is a stock photo
Is downloaded from the Breezes website
Is not in JPEG or PNG format
Is reused from any other ad on Breezes
Is too small or unclear, or is irrelevant
Could be perceived to be offensive or provocative in nature, for example, images of live models for lingerie products
Original items: Pirated goods and forged items, including fake “luxury” bags, “branded” clothes and gear, CD/VCD/DVDs, and computer/game-console software are not allowed. All items advertised must be original; we suggest that you include images of the necessary document(s) in the ad to prove the authenticity of the item.
Realistic offers: You should provide the actual selling price of your item in your ad, except for ads under the “Jobs” and “Services” categories. Breezes reserves the right to refuse unrealistic selling prices which we do not think are the actual full price of your item (strictly no installments, down payments, or trade-in prices).
Bidding and auctions: We do not accept any ads related to auctions or bidding. We only accept ads with actual prices.
Illegal goods: Ads featuring goods that are prohibited from illegal goods sale are not allowed on Breezes.

Offensive content: Ads or images that could be perceived as offensive to ethnic groups, individuals, or public figures are not allowed.
